What we do
Our Play Workers organise, plan and take part in play and leisure activities for children. They also care for and supervise the children, making sure that they are safe and happy. They often work in before and after school clubs. They are sometimes also called play assistant or crèche worker.
Our Support Workers engage the children in activities towards developing further independence. The children are encouraged to carry out their activities of daily living such as brushing, washing, tidying etc. The outcomes are variable depending on the abilities of the child.
